An unconventional <strong>Avocado Sandwich<\/strong> let\u2019s call it. The Avocado takes the role of the bread and it\u2019s the start of the plate.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5103\" src=\"http:\/\/piuma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Philip-Guardione.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"819\" srcset=\"https:\/\/piuma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Philip-Guardione.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/piuma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Philip-Guardione-300x240.jpg 300w, https:\/\/piuma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Philip-Guardione-768x614.jpg 768w, https:\/\/piuma.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Philip-Guardione-600x480.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The recipe is simple and we hope it inspires you to create your own versions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 avocado<br \/>\nYellowtail carpaccio, raw thinly sliced<br \/>\nCrunchy Quinoa<br \/>\nThinly sliced celery<br \/>\nPassion fruit sauce<br \/>\nGreek Yogurt<\/p>\n<p>To make the perfect sandwich you need to choose a soft avocado, slice it in half and peel it without breaking. Pass both parts in the crunchy quinoa. Meanwhile, spread the passion fruit sauce and a teaspoon of Greek yogurt on the plate and place a part of the avocado on top.<\/p>\n<p>Add the fresh celery cut into julienne and the thin slices of yellowtail carpaccio.
